Free from chemical enhancers and colourings, our sausages are made to order and do not contain
bulking agents or rusk (unless specified by our clients). All sausages use natural hog or sheep casings.
Herbs and spices are used fresh or dried when it is necessary to maximise flavour and, when included,
Franconian recipes contain only fresh vegetables. Natural hog casings are used unless specified.
All sausages are available in cocktail sizes (15g - 50g sheep casing)
