Franconian is a producer of high quality sausages and other meat products. Primarily established to serve the high end restaurant trade and catering industry, Franconian has now expanded to provide these products to everyone.
Our Managing Director, John-Paul Habermann, founded the Franconian Sausage Company in 1999. A trained chef, John-Paul had a dream to create exceptional sausages for the restaurant trade. The challenge was to do this on a large scale without compromising his standards for excellence.
All our recipes are authentic and carefully created by John-Paul and his team, working on each recipe until they have the perfect taste. We use the best quality ingredients and do not use additives, fillers, artificial colours or flavourings. We have our own smoking and curing facilities on site and are able to pre-poach sausages on request.
All our products are freshly made to order each day for delivery the following day.
Over the years Franconian’s reputation has continued to grow by word of mouth and we now supply London’s finest restaurants, hotels and bistro bars.
Franconian is a SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accredited food manufacturer and has fully verified meat traceability.
