A wider public interest in some of the traditional continental sausages, however, has broadened the choice now available to our customers.
In recent years there has also been a demand for more elaborate ingredients, which Franconian has satisfied with an ever expanding selection.
As well as our standard recipes, Franconian are able to offer the benefits of supplying special or "custom-made" recipes on request and will be happy to use our years of experience to advise on any such recipes.
